our recent stay in titisee-neustadt exceeded expectations. the staff at gastehaus waldeck were warm and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and providing us with extra amenities for the spa. the spacious dining room and friendly dining staff made our meals enjoyable.
Surprise charges at check-out.

The Parkhotel Waldeck Titisee provided a perfect stay with its amazing pool, hot tubs, and waterfalls. The suite was massive, with stunning views from the balconies. The location was ideal, close to the lake and attractions.

It was located near the lake, train, and attractions. The pool was a great bonus with indoor/outdoor hot tubs. The breakfast was outstanding with available gourmet coffee until 11:00 a.m. and some notable local food options.
There were a few insufficiencies: outdated furniture, weak Wi-Fi, stained carpets and upholstery, and poorly stocked minibar. There was also a strict adherence to timing and quite noisy during check-in and out.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, the parking was ample, and the hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, the location next to the train station made it very easy to explore the city.

We had a wonderful stay in the Black Forest, with a hotel that was perfectly situated just minutes from the train station and close to the beautiful lake. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we couldn't ask for better service from the friendly and competent staff. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from, including superb coffee. We enjoyed the furnished balcony with a lovely view all around.
There was one small issue with the heat in our room that we couldn't seem to adjust properly.

I absolutely loved the cozy Black Forest design of the hotel's individually furnished rooms. The rustic charm and attention to detail made me feel right at home. The common areas were also very well-maintained, with comfortable seating areas that were perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, as a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had more knowledge about activities specifically tailored for senior guests.
